Home Maintenance Checklist

Monthly:

  1. Inspect and change HVAC filters: Clean or replace filters to ensure optimal airflow & reduce energy costs.

  2. Clean kitchen sink disposal: Use vinegar ice cubes to freshen and sharpen the disposal blades.

  3. Check Faucets and Shower heads – Look for leaks or drips and repair them to conserve water, especially in Arizona’s dry climate.

Quarterly:

  1. Test smoke/carbon monoxide detectors: Use the test button and replace batteries if necessary.

  2. Run water and flush toilets in unused spaces: Prevent grime and buildup.

Summer:

  3. Treat insect problems: Keep pests like ants, spiders, and termites under control.

  4. Clean and inspect dryer vent: Ensure proper airflow and safety.

Winter:
