Should I Get a New Home Inspected?

Yes. Yes. Yes.

It is always a good idea to get a brand new home inspected, even though it may be newly built and never been lived in. Although new homes are built to meet current building codes and regulations, they are still built by humans and can contain mistakes or defects that may not be immediately obvious. A professional home inspector can identify any potential issues and provide you with a report that can be used for negotiations with the builder or for planning any necessary repairs. Additionally, it’s good to have a professional 3rd party inspector to look into everything, as the builder may not be willing to point out any issues with their own work. It is always better to be safe than sorry when it comes to such a big investment. Never skip the inspection. We work for YOU.
